feat: make translatable custom fields and add dynamic enums

  • add transltions array to all attribute definitions
  • add enum attribute definitions for dynamic enums / user defined dropdown selections
  • add support for dynamic validators in typing of baseql field
  • add default translations for new ui elements (adding and editing custom field and drag-drop ui for adding custom fields to dynamic class
